At CheapCode, we supply digital software products that are delivered electronically. Because digital goods are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and handled according to the conditions below.
Digital Product Delivery
All products sold on CheapCode are digital items. After payment confirmation, customers receive their license key or activation details electronically via the website or email.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
• The license key delivered is invalid and cannot be activated.
• The product received does not match the product purchased.
• Delivery fails due to a system error on our side.
Before a refund is issued, our support team may attempt to resolve the issue by providing assistance or replacing the license key.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• The product was purchased by mistake.
• The product has already been successfully activated.
• The customer’s system does not meet the software requirements.
• The issue results from incorrect installation or misuse.
Refund Requests
If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact support and include:
• Order reference number
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots or activation error messages if applicable
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
